Rapidstackin License Overview
Grant of License: Rapidstackin provides an ongoing, non-exclusive license to use the SaaS boilerplate (referred to as "the project") to one individual (the Licensee).
Permitted Uses:
Use the project to create unlimited end products. Modify the project to create derivative projects, subject to this license. Use the project to create unlimited end products for unlimited clients. Use the project to create end products sold to end users. Prohibited Uses:
Create end products that allow end users to build their own end products using this project or its derivatives. Redistribute the project or its derivatives separately from an end product, either in code or as design assets. Share access to the project with others. Examples of Allowed Usage:
Creating a personal website or web application. Developing a website or web application for a client, owned by the client. Building a commercial SaaS application where users pay a fee to use the application. Creating a commercial self-hosted web application sold to end users for a one-time fee. Developing a web application where the primary purpose is not to redistribute the project (e.g., a conference organization app). Examples of Prohibited Usage:
Creating a repository of the project (or its derivatives) and publishing it publicly. Developing a "website builder" project where end users can create their own websites using the project code. Creating a theme, template, or project starter kit using the project and making it available for sale or free. Creating an admin panel tool made available for sale or free. In Summary: You can use Rapidstackin for almost any purpose, except for projects that compete with Rapidstackin and negatively impact its sales.
License Definitions:
